There are several effects of having too much caffeine. First of all, too much caffeine may make you feel nervous and anxious easily. When you do something important, you may screw it up. Second, caffeine also affects your sleep, if you have too much caffeine, you would suffer from insomnia which may keep you from sleeping well. Finally, caffeine will bring about fast or irregular heartbeat. And that may let you feel uncomfortable. So we shouldn’t drink too much caffeine, it is harmful to our health.
